# Credits & help

### Credits and failed jobs

* Choose the credit balance in the top bar to open credit details and history. Next to your **Available** credits, the credits page sums up your **Total balance**, the credits **Reserved for task** by jobs in progress, and your **Final Billing Credits**.
* Open an item in the history to see its **Final Billing Credits** (shown as **Before settlement** until the job settles) and its **Reserved credits**.
* Review the estimate and **Details** before each action. Planning, generation, AI scenes, lead voices, and other actions can have different costs. Exporting an edit in the video editor uses no credits.
* If your balance is too low, open the credits page for the available options.
* A **High-cost generation warning** (or **Very high cost warning**) appears when a video estimate is 1,000 credits or more, or when a selected model has premium pricing. You must confirm **I understand this is a high-cost generation** before the video can start.
* Video jobs marked **failed** because of technical errors—for example, provider generation errors or unreadable/missing output—use the existing failed-video settlement policy. For video generation, clip regeneration (including editor AI scenes), and recomposition, the policy settles the failed operation to zero charged credits and releases its reservation. Reconciliation may need to finish before the history is final.
* This is not a new retroactive refund of earlier usage. Previously completed videos with visual problems, earlier attempts, and new successful retries are not automatically reimbursed by this update. Check the status and credit history of the specific job.

### Model quality, completion, and paid retries

Video quality depends on the model, reference image, prompt, and scene. Review human/animal anatomy, motion, product details, and speech yourself. Revelio does not judge the aesthetic quality of a video to decide whether generation succeeded, and it does not run paid visual inspections or automatic quality-correction generations.

* **Completed video with imperfect quality:** the result is billable under the normal policy. Quality dissatisfaction does not automatically convert it to a failed or refunded job.
* **Another version or remade clip:** this is a new paid request. Review its estimate before confirming. Consider a different available model, including higher-quality options, and simplify the scene or improve the reference. No model guarantees perfect results.
* **Technical failure:** a provider error, unreadable file, or storage/processing failure can still mark the job failed. The existing failed-video settlement policy applies; no new retroactive charges or refunds are introduced by this change.
* **Still processing or temporarily unavailable download:** check the existing job first. Polling or downloading it again reuses the accepted job instead of creating a quality-correction video.

For a billing question, check the result status and credit history after settlement and provide the result link when contacting support. Never share a connection key.

### Creator Cloud

Creator Cloud is a monthly subscription for a private **Cloud folder**, separate from generation credits.

* The plan provides 25 GB of storage and 25 GB of monthly transfer, with a 256 MB limit per file.
* The **Credits** page has a **Creator Cloud subscription** card. Without access, it offers **Start Creator Cloud**; with access, it shows how it was activated, the current period, and **Open cloud folder**.
* The top bar shows **Creator Cloud · Active**, **Creator Cloud · Gifted**, **Creator Cloud · Subscription required**, or **Creator Cloud · Status unavailable** for the signed-in account. The badge does not grant access by itself; every Cloud folder action checks the account's access again. After checkout, Revelio confirms the payment and checks the subscription for about a minute; the folder stays locked until the status is active. A canceled or failed payment does not grant access.
* Open **Cloud folder** in the left menu to upload, open, or delete files and to see your usage. In the editor, use **Add** → **Cloud folder** or the **Cloud folder** tab; elsewhere, **Import from cloud** brings in saved images.
* To change or cancel a subscription, contact us (**More** → **Contact us**). See [Creator Cloud](/revelio/creator-cloud.md) for details.

### Quick fixes

* **Product link fails:** choose **Enter manually** on the registration form and add a clear photo and accurate details.
* **Cannot create content:** finish product analysis and complete the required campaign fields.
* **Generation is still running:** check **My content** before starting another request.
* **Video stopped or failed:** read the message on the result. When scenes or prepared parts were saved, choose **Continue** to pick up from them; otherwise choose **Remake**.
* **Need an older output:** search **My content**, use **Video** / **Motion graphics** / **Carousel**, or expand **Date range**. **Failed** and **In progress** filter by state.
* **Story language or length is wrong:** check the format and **Dialogue and caption language** saved with the concept. Create a new concept for a different format/language; existing concepts are not converted automatically.
* **Cloud folder is locked:** Creator Cloud needs a paid subscription or a gift. Check the badge in the top bar or the card on the **Credits** page.
* **MCP tools are outdated, an authenticated download fails, or an upload fails:** follow [Connect AI apps (MCP)](/revelio/mcp.md).
* **Need help:** open **More** in the left menu and choose **Contact us**.

**Before posting:** review product details, claims, captions, sound, visuals, and any notices. A ready status is not a guarantee of accuracy or permission to publish.

**Stay up to date:** use the bell in the top bar or **What's new** in the left menu. A red dot marks an unread update.
